Terms of Service

Kitchen Quote Check is a personalized informational service operated by Tilda Crafts Inc. By purchasing or requesting a service, you agree to these terms.

Scope of the quote review

The Full Check identifies what submitted documents state, leave unclear, or do not mention and provides questions for the customer to confirm. It is not legal, engineering, code, permit, financial, contractor-certification, or inspection advice and does not guarantee project price, workmanship, or outcome.

Design-service scope

Each design package is limited to the deliverables confirmed in writing before work begins. Site measurements, field verification, permits, engineering, code compliance, trade design, fabrication methods, and final fabrication approval remain the responsibility of the customer and the appropriate local professionals, contractor, or fabricator.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide complete, readable, accurate documents and have permission to share them. Review timing begins after payment is confirmed and the required information is readable. Missing information may pause the schedule.

Delivery and revisions

The Full Check is delivered within one business day after payment and readable documents, unless we notify you of a delay. Design-service timing and included revisions are those confirmed for the selected package. Additional work or revisions require written approval and may carry an additional fee.

Payment and refunds

Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable tax may be added. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Liability

You remain responsible for decisions, contracts, hiring, measurements, approvals, construction, and professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, Tilda Crafts Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on incomplete documents, third-party work, or decisions outside the confirmed service scope.
