Privacy Policy

Kitchen Quote Check is operated by Tilda Crafts Inc. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our quote-review and design-service forms.

Information we collect

We collect the contact and project information you provide, uploaded quotes and drawings, service-request details, and the project reference and status needed to deliver and support your order. Stripe processes payment information; we do not receive or store your complete card number.

How we use it

We use your information to assess your documents, prepare and deliver the requested report or design service, communicate about your project, process support or refund requests, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell customer information.

Documents and retention

Uploaded documents are used only to provide the requested service and are deleted after delivery, except where a short retention period is reasonably required to resolve a support, refund, payment, security, or legal issue. Basic order and accounting records may be retained as required by law.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host the service and store uploads, process payments through Stripe, and deliver emails through Resend. They process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own privacy and security obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also unsubscribe from optional marketing email at any time.
